With Extreme Prejudice

One must, to be moral and ethical, have a prejudice for that which is good. One must be able to distinguish between good and evil, and choose good, while repudiating evil.

Even Moses, whom I despise, said “I have given you the witness of good and the witness of evil;  of life and of death, CHOOSE LIFE, that you might live.”

Moses advised us to be prejudiced against evil, and to have a prejudice for that which is good and life giving. Jesus taught us this same principle.

Inasmuch as prejudice means to “pre-judge”, and judge means to “determine”, prejudice means to determine beforehand the difference between good and evil.

The Pharisees judged good and evil by their knowledge of Torah, but
Jesus judged Torah by his knowledge of good and evil.

In other words, the Pharisees chose to believe Torah was the word of God, and were blindly obedient to what was written, DESPITE what their hearts told them.  Because it was written, they believed that adulteresses should be stoned to death, and that blasphemers and Sabbath breakers should be executed, and this they did, DESPITE the fact that it meant murdering their own children.

Jesus called them blind guides, children of hell who could not escape damnation.

The Pharisees had no prejudice, no prejudgment, no moral compass by which to judge the words of Torah. As the New Testament puts it, they had no seed within themselves. They had no knowledge of the difference between good and evil. Therefore, they believed lies and committed murder in the name of god and in the name of good.

You create such humans through a system of Detachment parenting, described in Torah:
1.      Obedience training (Honor your parents, honor authority)
2.      Physical abuse (Spare the rod and spoil the child)
3.       Sexual Abuse (Circumcision, male superiority, female submission)
4.      Racism (No intermarriage, a chosen people, slavery)

One of the most fascinating and damaging side effects of detachment parenting is that it leaves a child unable to understand the cause and effect relationship between their own behavior and their environment. They do not understand the laws of Karma. They cannot foresee the results of their own actions.

These children also live in  constant fear, which has been shown to inhibit learning and IQ.  They lack trust and are unable to form loving connections and attachments to other humans. They lack self control, are angry, cruel, manipulative and dependent. They seek to control others, and often develop obsessive compulsive or narcissistic disorders.

When you hurt, abuse and punish a child, while telling him you love him, that child learns that love and pain, love and hate, are the same thing, and they cannot tell the difference between the two. These children have been taught to love and obey abusers, and have no problem believing in a god who is abusive to his own children, claiming to love them while killing them.

Good parenting is called Attachment parenting.  Children of attachment parents form close, loving bonds easily.  They are happy, tolerant, forgiving, and see every one as their equal. They learn and practice self control, kindness and a high level of independence and interdependence. Because they have experienced love as kindness, gentleness, joy, and responsibility, these children can easily tell the difference between good and evil, when they see it. They will not worship an evil god, who kills, steals and destroys. To them, he is the devil.

Jesus had an extreme prejudice for good. He understood the difference between good and evil and refused to worship the evil god of torah.

To be clear, Jesus was not prejudiced against race, origin, ethnicity, sex, age or any other physical marker. He taught the Canaanite and the Pharisee alike, with no regard to their person.

He was, however, exceedingly prejudiced against evil, and greatly prejudiced toward good.

He taught us to evaluate others by their works, rather than their words. By their works you will know them. A good tree does not bring forth evil fruit.  In other words, good men do not do evil deeds. If they produce evil works, then do not call them good. This is confusion and blindness.

It is necessary, right, and lawful to separate between good and evil, and to distinguish between right and wrong.

How shall we know what is right and what is wrong?

Jesus judged Torah by the law of god that was written in his heart, natural law, the seed that was in him.

The heart of Jesus recoiled at the law of stoning women to death. These were his sisters, his mothers, his aunts and nieces, therefore he condemned this act of violence and hatred.
His heart recoiled at the idea of harming little children, as instructed in Torah, and he condemned this type of parenting, saying “If you hurt these little ones, it will be worse for you than for Babylon, who was cast into the sea”. Again, this is not a threat. Jesus is informing us that harmful parenting will utterly destroy the world, by creating children who cannot tell good from evil.
Jesus denounced the law of Moses that required an eye for eye, that required vengeance, judgment and retribution.
He actually railed against polygamy, stating that a man who takes a second wife, causes his first wife to commit adultery. How?  When he marries a second wife, his first wife is then required to sleep with another woman’s husband. Polygamy turns her into an adulteress, against her will, and without her consent. It is grievous to her.

Jesus found that Torah was not a good guide of good and evil. His guide was the love in his heart.

Judgment

Jesus commanded us to judge not, lest we be judged. In biblical terms, the word judge is a verb, meaning to punish. When you were judged, in the Old Testament, you were punished and often executed. The word Judge also means law.

We see then, that Jesus’ command to judge not, is the command to do no harm.  It is not an injunction to ignore evil, or make no distinction between right and wrong.

You have license to be prejudice against evil, and for good.

You do not have license to judge, punish, or kill, anyone, unless they are endangering your life.

Again, prejudice against persons is destructive and not Christ like. Prejudice against evil is constructive, useful, necessary, and was demonstrated by Christ himself.

True Story

I was once dismissed from the company of a Jewish man, when he determined I was prejudice against evil and did not believe pedophiles should be protected by law.  I was dismissed as intolerant.

I was again, dismissed from the company of Jews, when they determined I was prejudice against evil, and did not believe Torah law should replace the constitution of America.

I have tried to make friends with my Jewish American neighbors, unsuccessfully. They cannot tell the difference between good and evil, right and wrong, and that is confusion and corruption.

I am intolerant of evil. I have extreme prejudice for good.

It is time to rise up, and stand up for good, with extreme prejudice, without judgment.

You have many teachers, the greatest of which, in my opinion, is Jesus, the Buddha.

Love one another. Do no harm. Awaken to the fact that the kingdom of god, for which you are searching, is in you, not in Israel, not in Rome, not in prophets, priests or kings. In you.

The words of god are written in your heart.  Do not follow anything that offends your soul or causes your heart to recoil.

Stop following, murderers, torturers, warmongers and thieves.

Embrace all that are kind, loving, and have a prejudice for goodness, without regard for their person. You will know them by their works.
